    Not only did PRL'S Legal Counsel Atty Amanda Costello and Ben Aston demoralized me pre Wrongful termination but also collunded with my own Wayward Atty Kevin Little and EEOC'S Daniel Nance .

  • @helenewebster-sisk2407
    @helenewebster-sisk2407 4 місяці тому

    My Atty, who represented me in EEOC'S Investigation, DENIED or DISREGARDED my right to make any decisions. I did tell him that I was interested in mediation with PRL; but O don't know if he submitted my request in writing to Mediator or not. However, I now realized why he excluded me; because I would have discovered that he had committed Fraudulent Concealment of Direct Evidence. That he colluded and conspired Litigation Conflict of Interest with PRL Attorneys to Pervert the Course of Justice in my EEOC Investigation. Perfect example of a "101 Open and Shut Case." Hoodwinked Rouge. He excluded both my witnesses and myself from testifying because Fraudulent Misrepresented my Charges to be subordinate Perjury and backdated Affidavit " Age Discrimination." The Investigator, Daniel Nance, already had prior knowledge of my case; because he spoke and DENIED me to file EEOC'S Charges against PRL and Managers. Daniel Nance knew the 3 different occasions, one prior to Wrongful Terminated. That was why I had no choice but to hire an attorney inorder to file my EEOC'S Charges and submit direct evidence before statueof limitation expired. . Atty Kevin Little was my vehicle to tell my side of Wrongful Terminated, Whistleblower Frauds, Retaliated Harrassment, Hostile Work Environment, Discriminated of events that were based on my Race, AfricanAmerican and Disability PTSD-ANXIETY, Wage& Commission Frauds etc. He intentionally colluded and conspired with PRL'S Fare to You Department Officers Amanda Costello and Ben Aston. Inwhich he concealed that they are attorneys in NY.

    Is it possible to appeal an EEOC deadline? I never received my ROC and I never received the final judgment. I know everyone and their brother probably says they never got it, but my circumstances were that I had a flood in my house, and I had to leave the house for Over a month. During that time I received a email, which I never saw, that told me they were going to deliver it FedEx instead of delivering it to my post office box. My question is, why didn’t they just email it me the doc? Because I did not receive that. I could not comment on any of the allegations made and then several months later I received the FAD. Do I have any appeal rights?

    COURTS blatantly violate ADA and 504 (as well as my state law). They IGNORE accommodation requests. Sometimes they implement an 'accommodation' that directly conflicts with the request. USDOJ doesn't respond, ADA coordinators enable it. Court has enabled my ex to use them as a tool of domestic violence. P&A is a joke. I am on disability, can't afford a lawyer. When I was working I requested accommodation of being exempt from traveling out of state for the sole purpose of the company lecturing me on how good they were to me and sign me up for benefits (this was before covid). It had NOTHING to do with the job itself. I requested in writing via email and certified mail....EEOC took employers word that I never made the request and found against me (and the email/receipt copies). This is NJ.

    This man does not have a firm trust in me he Is just an LLC about business for the government if you are suing them, not you. He's destroying Black people and Gay rights. He's horrible and a liar, and I will not give up telling the truth. Do not trust his white criminal. Judge Emmet G. Sullivan is a white-collar criminal with the help of a disaster lawyer Morris Eli Fisher. Sullivan presented fraud upon the court, with my case discriminating against me behind my back by not notifying me about the case because they on the dark side, stole the case, and Morris Eli Fischer wrote his name as the plaintiff but as a ghost pretending the case was mined but writing my name as the plaintiff. I was supposed to have a lawsuit against the government VAMC, but he and the VAMC lawyer Diane Duhig pulled a white-collar speedy trial on April 15th, 2015, without revealing the appointment date. The chief judge was also involved in the scandal. They worked up a case without me and won millions of dollars. The person who is the cause of the white-collar crime is Diane Duhig, who represents the VAMC in DC and paid Morris Eli Fischer 1 million dollars to be the defensive attorney as a whistleblower, lying that I raped an elderly African male. A patient at the VAMC was diagnosed with colon colitis. I am gay and a professional registered nurse who was discriminated against by the VAMC nurse manager, who did not want me to be a staff nurse. In other words, my rights were destroyed, and I thought Morris Eli Fischer was my attorney, but he articulated for the defendant Diane Duhig VAMC as a contractor. Morris Fischer received wire fraud from the EEOC and the federal government on the same date Diane Duhig received hers. As for Morris Fisher, this fake lawyer had 4 nonofficial attorney offices to receive money from the government so he would not be recognized as a fraud. He paid Judge Emmet G. Sullivan to present a fraud upon the court with no cameras, no clerk, and the defendant's lawyer was also involved in the investment. Morris Fischer tried to destroy my nursing career when he discovered I had evidence. He called two hospitals and lied to them that I was a nasty nurse and a sexual convict. This man needs to me destroyed and the judge for failure of civil rights. I have evidence to prove and I will not be scared.

    I am currently going through a divorce with cause, which means he beat me up, cheated on me, lied about his finances and has a p*** addiction. We have mediation in a week and I did reach out to the mediator because I am currently homeless due to the domestic violence and ask for the time be changed why can have access to Internet and I was denied. He's never asked anything about my case or talk to me other than sending me a letter telling me what time the mediation is. I'm the one who filed for the divorce I feel like I'm getting screwed over.

    During an informal EEO mediation, to what degree do you argue your case with facts and discrepancies? I’ve had some tell me mediation is not a time to litigate the case, but that makes me wonder… how else do I convince the other side they should settle? They don’t think they did anything wrong by choosing the other candidate, so me telling them I’m better surely won’t convince them to change their minds.

    Iam certain I am a victim of local collusion, by that I mean each time I procured another employment in my field of expertise (they couldn't just say no because I have extensive experience), even though I performed the 'expectations n requirements' flawlessly (I've also learned from experience I have to be procedurally perfect), the employers began it's attacks by making similar false n unsupported allegations to levy adverse employment actions against me. Thus, because of the relentless n repeated actions my economic stability suffered where I could not acquire any professional assistance...the EEOC was adversarial so I had to be pro SE n filed in Fed court...my 30+ career as a Fire Suppression Officer n Paramedical was destroyed. I've experienced dirty Tricks by their attorneys which has been complimented by dirty Tricks by the judiciary...I suppose because I am Pro se. Nonetheless, I've become aware of my enemies and learned to mirror n think like they do..theses were impactful that I fear reaching out in Ohio's 'well connected' environment because I don't trust who they really are n represent. #all AJs n judiciaries are not the same

    Do they do these tactics for housing administrative hearings? Because it seems the front lines at the State agency that handles intake complaints for employment & Fair housjng discrimnation complaints utilize the same tactics that landlords use to intimidate and harass a tenant to try to drive one to leave a rent controlled apt! Furthermore, as an already traumatized protected class one WOUKD think the agency that is investigating and enforcing the laws that were violated as to why we are contacting them - it’s disheartening when the front line state agency employees are perpetrating behaviors they are also supposed to be protecting . I thought maybe the landlord was paying these individuals off to discourage one from getting a complaint in a timely manner . With disabilities that already make it difficult to communicate at times the abrupt behavior is le putting vinegar on the open wounds created by the landlord ! Is this by design or is it just me ? I can’t take much more as questions don’t get answered , requests for policies rules pri edited and accomadations are ignored and the website is only for desktop use do one is expected to send sensitive evidence abd dicuments ghru an unsecure email addressed to whoever . This is unacceptable especially when they promise questions be provided befire an oral intake to no avail , and pushing the intake off to try to exceed status of limitations . Do they get paid extra to do this? Hi can they sled t night ? What agency or authority regulates these state agencies ? I can’t respect MYSRLF if zi just give up but these tactics are obvious inefficient and negligent and are causing me to get physically I’ll . Please advise . TY ❤️

    Calling you today!! I have filed an EEO complaint, which when doing so, I saved recordings, printed out documents containing threats, and even used the documents they tried to erase from history to rebut their statements which I proved all 4 written statements to be false. At this stage their attorney asked me to settle and I also have shared a video recording on UA-cam of their internal EEO investigator taunting me and even admitting to altering 6 of my statements as she laughs and says "it will stay that way too!" When I told her I recorded it, her boss calls me screaming. The 3 basis of my claims are: discrimination, reprisal, and adverse action. They didn't dismiss or deny any of my claims because each one has a video recording displaying the employees name and number as solid evidence with a time and date stamp displayed. I've been granted a hearing and have 3 attorneys reviewing my details as I've spent $16500 so far. The agency I'm suing even sent people to my home. When they realized they were clearly identified by my surveillance system on camera and also told I made a UA-cam video showing who they are, and the exact day they were here at my home, again they've asked to settle but rejected every offer I've made. Do you have advice? I have recordings and even proved that management not only tried to erase the history of me filing an initial EEO before this one that's going to trial now, but they also lied about it on one statement, then admitted it on the 2nd as Ive printed both out from the ROI. The threats will not stop and I've turned recordings in to people from the NAACP, law students around the country, and even made several tapes, I'm giving out to random people to get my story out. This may sound crazy but I'll share it all with you. This is all proven and based initially on reprisal due to a protected act. They tried to erase all proof of my initial complaint but when they found that i printed it all out and even found the investigator, they're being very aggressive. Will your firm handle my case? Again, they are not denying my allegations at all as the eeo portal documents show. If this is an honest firm. I want your help and also keep my comment up in good faith to show we stand for the right thing. Many make videos, but its for views, they aren't really about helping. The EEO investigator actually tried multiple times to alter my statements.

    Perfect timing for sharing your Win! Just responding to Def 41 affirmative defenses. They totally did wrong thing then blamed it on me. Again n again. Denies 98% of my facts in my complaint even that I had cancer radiation and partial mastectomy missing maybe two days during treatments and doing radiation before school day. Talk about gas lighting
